M-ABS (modified Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) from the Hbot3D Filaments series is specially modified ABS material (reduced butadiene content) with significantly reduced thermal shrinkage and with less odor during printing as compared to the normal ABS. Its main features are good extrudability, high strength, light weight, resistance to mechanical shock and scratches lower than standard ABS but approx. 3 times higher than PLA, good adhesion between the layers. M-ABS is a material with reduced thermal shrinkage but to avoid cracks between layers in large prints it should be used in printers with a heated operating table and closed chamber.
